Shipping Policies

  • Order processing times and shipping carriers

    Unless otherwise stated please allow 1 - 2 business days for your orders to be processed.

    If you ordered a bespoke or made-to-order item, the processing time will be stated on the product page or communicated per email upon inquiry.

    I ship with either DHL or UPS. Once the item has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number to track your package.

  • Shipping costs

    I endeavour to ship the items at the most reasonable price possible. The price is dependent on the size and weight of the item. Please proceed to checkout for the exact cost of your order.

    Should you be overcharged for the shipping, I will make sure to refund you the difference.

    * For orders outside of the EU you may need to pay customs fees. Any additional charges after customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Packaging

    To protect the environment I use mostly recycled paper & cardboard boxes to carefully package my ceramics. Therefore your pieces may not arrive in brand new packaging. Please recycle these again!

Returns

  • Returning an order

    Items are able to be refunded within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are sent back in their original condition. Items which are sent back damaged will not be refunded.

    Please contact me if you want to initiate a refund. Buyers are responsible for covering the shipping costs incurred when returning an item.

Breakages during shipping

  • Damages

    All items are packed very securely, however in the unlikely case of orders arriving damaged, please contact me with a photo directly upon arrival. We can then arrange either a refund or a replacement.
